Our clean room is a state of the art facility with an air filtration system
that eliminates almost all airborne pollutants, minimizing risk of component
or package contamination. Many of our value added services can be performed
in our clean room as well as particle contamination testing. 
Assembly
J.I.T. Services can also provide mechanical and electrical sub-assembly and
top level assembly services. By providing both manual and automated
processes, we can offer you cost effective solutions for your product
assembly requirements. These services also include inspection and product
quality analysis. Value Added Services
- State of the art automated SMT taping machine equipped with Component Inspection Vision, Auto Reject, Empty Pocket Detector, and Bowl Feeding capabilities. Can be converted to a manual SMT taping machine for quick turn around and low volume production.
- Tape width capabilities from 8mm to 56mm. Cover tapes may be heat sealable or pressure sensitive.
- Comply with EIA481-1A taping requirements.
- Calibrated Peel Force testing capability equipped with an electronic database for SPC and/or customer retrieval. Pocket inspection performed at 100%.
